Cancellation Policy

All bookings cancelled up to 90 days prior to the day of arrival are able to be cancelled without penalty. All prepayments will be refunded back to the source account within 10–15 working days, less a 5% transaction charge for all PayPal. Credit or debit card payments, or a credit note, can be issued with a validity of 365 days.

All bookings cancelled up to 60 days prior to the day of arrival are able to be cancelled with a 50% penalty. All remaining prepayments will be refunded back to the source account within 10–15 working days, less a 5% transaction charge for all PayPal. Credit or debit card payments, or a credit note, can be issued with a validity of 365 days.

All bookings made or cancelled less than 60 days prior to the day of arrival, including last-minute bookings, discounted rates, special deals, or promotions, are non-refundable. 4. All cancellation requests must be communicated via email to info@binginbeachhousebali.com.
No Shows:
In the event of a no-show at the property, all prepayments will be retained and are non-refundable.
Force Majeure:
Bingin Beach House accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or changes caused by force majeure, e.g., strikes, fire, flood, electricity or power outages, closure of beaches due to extreme weather events, war, riots, or any other event beyond or outside the control of Bingin Beach House.
